BESIDE THE ACCORDION

Your place beside the accordion.

You know your bass runs and the band is starting to book gigs. The Aztek in Olive Green is the Bajo Quinto for that step: solid top, factory pickup and a hard case to take it out and play.

Who is it for?
For the Bajo Quinto player who backs the accordion in norteño and likes an uncommon color: gloss Olive Green, with a pickup and a hard case.
The sound, in words
Ten stainless steel strings tuned A-D-G-C-F, with octaves on A and D and unisons on G, C and F, over a solid Sitka spruce top and rosewood.
How it feels to play
A 48 mm bone nut and a 30-inch scale with 18 frets. The cutaway opens the way to the high notes, and the dual-action truss rod lets you adjust the neck.
