Frequently asked questions
Which series is right for me?
There are seven series: Alpha (Starter), Spirit (Studio), Lotus (Performance), X (Artist), Enso (Pro), Infinity (Pro Stage) and Legend (Pro Deluxe). The comparison table on this page shows the woods, neck, preamp, factory strings and case of each one side by side.
What strings do they come with?
Gauge 11-52 phosphor bronze. The Spirit comes with gauge 10-47 stainless steel.
Do they come with a Bridge Doctor?
No 6-string guitar includes it as standard. You can add it as an add-on from the product page.
Which ones include a hardshell case?
The X, Enso, Infinity and Legend series. For Alpha, Spirit and Lotus get it with the hardshell case in a Karma Set and save 12%: see the sets.
What does “pre-order” mean?
Models marked as pre-order are paid for today and ship on the estimated date shown on each product. They have the same return terms as any other product.
Do you ship to Mexico and the United States?
Yes. FREE UPS shipping anywhere in the United States. Shipping is FREE and delivery takes 7 to 14 business days.
What warranty do they have?
12 months against manufacturing defects, for purchases made at karmaguitars.mx or karmaguitars.us. To keep the warranty valid you must register your instrument within 30 days of receiving it: register your warranty.
